ERIC DYSART- FOUNDER OF PREEMINENT SOLUTIONS
The Henne Group, a market research firm based out of San Francisco, needed to execute a highly complex and sensitive market research study on male sexual behavior for a pharmaceutical client. Experts in the field of cognitive interviewing, The Henne Group contracted and trained Mr. DySart as a consultant in cognitive interviewing techniques for one-on-one interviews. In conjunction with “New England Research Institute” (NERI), Mr. DySart conducted cognitive research interviews with male respondents throughout the United States at the research facilities of Schlesinger and Associates. As a result of Mr. DySart's contribution, the client was able to collect sufficient data to help refine a market research questionnaire that is universally understood by all respondents.
FRIEDRICH-ALBERT-LANGE-SCHULE SOLINGEN, GERMANY
Friedrich-Albert-Lange-Schule, in Solingen Germany wanted to have a Master Class in theater for their student body, ranging from ages 10 thru 15 years old. Going the extra mile, Mr. DySart created a curriculum that embodied theater techniques targeting specific areas of the European Unions' educational objectives. These objectives included social cohesion, in addition to teaching the students improved verbal and nonverbal communication, better listening skills and presentation skills. At this "Gesamtshule" just outside of Cologne, Germany, Mr. DySart was able to successfully reinforce lifelong learning, teaching these goals through techniques based in theater. Spear headed by Mr. DySart, this Theater clinic was a big hit with both students and teachers alike. The teaching staff found this Theater clinic highly effective as a vehicle to teaching students curriculum unrelated to theater. Mr. DySart utilized Theater techniques in relation to other subjects because it is ideal for student and adult learning, creating a live encounter with the experience of the learner to the idea being taught. This is the mission statement and backbone of Preeminent Solutions in education and training.
As a result of this Theater Clinic, Mr. DySart was able to show both the headmaster and senior school administration that theater is not about playing games; theater and the arts are effective, essential and can be used to convey any number of learning platforms in relation to student development. The success of this project was solely based upon client, teacher and student feedback.

The Arts and Cultural Management Department at Pratt Institute in the Manhattan campus, wanted to re-structure the Communications in Management class for their incoming Masters student body. Using the existing curriculum, Mr. DySart created a strategic plan for a whole new teaching platform approach for the students, using theater techniques. Mr. DySart presented this teaching platform to the program director, project managed the restructuring of the course and was later contracted as a guest professor, to implement said methodology. As a result of Mr. DySart's innovation and contribution, he was then nominated by the ACMP director to be a guest professor for the PRATT center for professional studies program.

PriceWaterhouseCoopers served as the umbrella company in this high profiled and very sensitive research study. Mr.DySart was brought aboard this project by recommendation of The Henne Group and worked along with Broderick & Co. and The Henne Group firm, collecting data and interviewing a select group of Fortune 500 senior executives.

CUTTING EDGE DEPOSITION & REPORTING
Former New York State Assistant Attorney General, Gary Lesch of Lesch & Lesch law firm created a new company specializing in deposition and litigation audio recordings and transcripts, called Cutting Edge Deposition & Reporting. Mr. DySart, a new York State Notary Public Servant, was contracted by Mr. Lesch to uphold legal compliance and standardization of audio recordings, administer legal oaths and lastly, oversee client deposition recordings. As a result, Mr. DySart contributed to Cutting Edge Deposition & Reporting's (C.E.D.) 99.9% error reduction of New York State court transcripts.

As a leadership and personal development consultant, Mr. Eric DySart is a mentor and coach to many individuals. As Founder and executive director of Preeminent Solutions, he has extended his initiatives to businesses as well. Techniques are grounded in Mr. DySart’s education in global leadership in addition to his B.F.A. degree and professional experience in the performing arts. Utilizing these powerful techniques is ideal for adult learning, because it creates a live encounter with the experience of the learner to the idea being taught.
Early on, Mr. DySart was chosen and tailored to become a leader as a member of the “Look Up to Cleveland” youth leadership preparatory program and as recipient of the Marin Luther King Jr. “I have a dream” award. Mr. DySart continued his leadership training through the global leadership and community service organization “Up with People”. Learning leadership skills and community service on the international and grass roots level enabled Mr. DySart to talk and work along side community and world leaders, such as Pope John Paul II and George H.W. Bush.
As a graduate of Otterbein College, Mr. Dysart utilized the benefits and versatility of a liberal arts education with additional classes in leadership, psychology and sociology and also received the Paul Robeson Award for academic excellence.
Mr. DySart was an original cast member of the Broadway hit “Hairspray” and a member of the Broadway revival cast of “A Chorus Line”. He played Alan Garkel on NBC’s “30 ROCK” opposite Alec Baldwin and was hired by Mario Van Peebles to play Sybil on NBC’s “Law & Order” in addition to performances for the Kennedy Center and The Public Theater.
As a resident of both the United States and The Netherlands, Mr. DySart is very aware of how cultural differences can lead to miscommunication. Mr. DySart was able to apply his leadership skills to meet the needs of various communities and countries in Europe, Asia and North America. He is able to address situations with a multi-cultural approach and come up with solutions for seemingly conflicting points of view. Dealing with tough situations is part of the multitude of inter-personal talents that Eric has.
